1 head of cabbage
1 large onion
1 whole kielbasa sausage (low salt and low fat)
1 table spoon of olive oil
To season:
Salt
Garlic Powder
Smoked Paprika
Pepper
Turmeric Powder
Onion Powder
Rough chop cabbage
Rough chop onion
Sauté Sausage with a drizzle of olive oil until browned and set aside
Add remaining olive oil and all ingredients to a large frying pan with high sides. Cook tossing intermittently, cover after about 10 min, cook down and continue to stir until onion and cabbage are tender.
Serve and enjoy!
