Volunteer
Coaching federal employees across government to improve employee engagement and program productivity. Whether you are a new executive, or want to enhance your leadership skills, the Treasury Executive Institute (TEI) supports your leadership journey. TEI is a strategic partner, providing convenient developmental programs that focus on equipping and transforming federal leaders for greater impact in an interagency setting.
Coaching students who are participating in the Leadership Essentials Program. This six-month leadership development service is offered in cohorts through Loyola University Maryland’s Center for Continuing Education in collaboration with Leadership Howard County. The program runs from December through June.
