Health and Wellness coaching is focused on preventable chronic illness. These are one hour sessions each week in collaboration with your medical doctor to move you closer to optimal health.
Each session includes a 10-15 minute catch up to assess your progress from the last session and determine your focus for the current session. Once the agenda for the session is set you will receive coaching for about 40 minutes with about 5 minutes to wrap up with steps you will take before the next session.
The fourth week of each month is reserved for the client to receive a Reflection Assessment (RA). The RA is focused on discussing progress, concerns and specific learning achieved by the client during the coaching sessions that month. Goals may be modified at the start of each month based on the RA. Executive coaching is recommended for a minimum of six months.
