FEES AND INSURANCE
Some insurance companies pay for a limited amount of appointments while other clients may be able to use a Flexible Spending Account.
Please review your payment options to ensure coverage before scheduling an appointment.
Payment is the responsibility of the client and should be fulfilled according to your coaching agreement. There are no refunds for cancellations, however, cancelled appointments may be rescheduled at no additional charge. New appointments will be cancelled if the invoice has not been reconciled.
